About Us
The Barre Dance Company is so much more than a dance studio. We have a passion for dance and a desire to have the highest quality program, but we believe there is more to life than being a great dancer. Our program is one that builds leadership skills, character development, and focuses on bettering our communities by using dance to bring hope and encouragement. We want to make a positive impact on our community and incorporate this philosophy into our dance program. We understand that not everyone will become a professional dancer, but everyone will become a professional person. The values we instill in our students will serve them well in every area of life, no matter what their future holds or where it takes them. We have intentionally set the "barre" high at The Barre Dance Company!
Our Mission
The Barre Dance Company was founded to offer excellent quality dance training, while also challenging our students to grow as leaders in our community. Our mission is to glorify God through dance, to develop leaders within our program, and to use these skills to better our communities.
Our Values
Our desire is to have an impact on our community by bringing the art of dance and the good news of Jesus to all we encounter. We strive to inspire dancers to take their skills with them into the world to make a positive impact. We believe that every person is made in God's image and is His masterpiece. Everyone has unique talents and gifts, so we strive to create an environment where each student is valued because of who they are, not because of what they can do. Our instructors make it a priority to guide our dancers towards always lifting each other up.
